NOTE TO EXHIBITORS: All Exhibitor Kit paperwork must completed and returned by Friday 21st March 2008 at the latest, this can be faxed through to us on +61 8 9386 9842 or posted to 9/126 Broadway Nedlands WA 6009. Additional Exhibitor Kit forms can be downloaded from the links below.

Public Liability Insurance

All exhibitors and stand builders are required to hold a minimum of $10,000,000 public liability insurance for the duration of the show. A copy of your insurance must be sent in by 21st March or access to build or set up will be refused.

Exhibitor Safety Sheet - MUST BE RETURN BY 21st MARCH

Electrical Booking Form
For exhibitors that require electricity or lighting to their displays (for Booth Exhibitors only if you require in addition to 4amp power and 2 x spotlights). Form must be returned by 21st March.

Carpark Passes
Daily carpark passes that guarantee you a space and allow re-entry any number of times a day. Form must be returned by 21st March . Forms returned after this date will not be processed.

Tickets
Day ticket that can be purchased for a special VIP rate (offer for exhibitors only). Form must be returned by 21st March.
